9-6B Multiplying/Dividing Scientific Notation

CCSS Standards- 8.EE.4.

Critical Background Knowledge- Students should know how to write large and small quantities in scientific notation, understand the product and quotient of powers properties. 

 

Content Objective: I can multiply and divide numbers that are written in scientific notation . 

Language Objective: I know the definition of scientific notation, and powers of ten (10). 

Essential Question: How can I explain the process I used to solve problems?

d. Homework -  Download Hm9-6b

. Also 3 questions for your Cornell notes C9-6B and study C9-5L through C9-6BL notes for 10 min.
